• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Personalized, intimate, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos.
• Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
